    It was more like they took a break from carrying water for Hollywood.
    It pains me greatly that Lamar Smith is my congressman.  He sure as hell doesn't represent my views, and I don't think he represents the interests of his own constituents on this.  It's a rich district, but I don't think there's much showbiz, music business, or computer programming business in the district.  

    We're all pretty strange one way or another; some of us just hide it better. "Normal" is a dryer setting.

      ..maybe you should try to go over his head, and write a nastygram to the RNC about Lamar "supporting liberal Hollywood over the regular Americans who depend on the Internet to organize against Big Government".

      Hey, they have no way of knowing that you aren't a loyal Teahadi. Heck, maybe you know somebody who is a loyal Teahadi, and receptive to this line of argument (the folks on Redstate seem to be just as ticked off about this as we are).

      On the Internet, nobody knows if you're a dog... but everybody knows if you're a jackass.
