    I REALLY like the Airbake sheets over the conventional ones.  And Parchment. I use it for everything.
    I cut it to fit into the springform pan even, and when I am baking cakes in regular caketins.

    And my other thing is my roasting pan.  Massive..
    It gets used for a lot of things other than large cuts of meat.
    Its a perfect hidey object for large amounts of cookies. As an example.

    I also have the proud ownership of two wearever pie tins, circa 1950's? They were my grannies, and then my Mums. And they are truly awesome. The crusts on pies are so perfect. :)
