    Back in the bad old days before the civil rights laws, if your boss treated you badly you couldn't sue. So people had to organize, strike, picket, sit-in (= Occupy) and boycott. Somehow the right to organize never seems to get the same respect from libertarians that the rights of employers and bosses do. "Freedom of contract" always went only one way: their freedom, our "contractual" obligations. But if you want small government, and everyone can do whatever they choose, why can't we choose to protest collectively?

    It would also help if quitting because your boss hit on you allowed you to collect unemployment. Oh, I forgot, the libertarians want to eliminate that safety net too.
