    Federal judges said "flailing"?

    •  and therefore if you know Fed Judges (11+ / 0-)

      They are no nonsense in their courts. My father was an attorney and his partner was esp a respected litigator and when both had to appear in Fed Court they were always nervous and over prepared. Socially we knew top judges, and when I mentioned how nervous my father was in preparing for a Fed Case, even one of his best friends laughed and said he should;

      "...that is why they call it making a Federal Case out of it, Fed cases is serious business, you can't bring up frivolous bullshit, otherwise the judge is duty bound to sanction and possibly punish the attempt unlike local circuit courts that are about common disputes. A Federal Case makes law...it it either reaffirms it or it changes precedence, and if it does than it invites the appellate process."

      Reading this the Court has taken the position of protecting the people's interest and further the law...the law being the right of the voter, where only open and fully unfettered information is in the best interest of the voter.
