    By participating in anti-american activities, one implicitly gives up one's citizenship.  And who's defining anti-american activities?  What is unamerican, participating in Occupy, maybe?

    As a non-citizen, stateless, one can of course be detained forever.  Disappeared, if you will.

    It's bipartisan.  Identical legislation has been introduced in the Senate (by Lieberman).  

    The Republicans are defunding, not defending, America.
