was just "let go" again yesterday. That's the new America.

Temporary worker. No benefits. No sick days. No holidays or vacation. No pension or 401k match. No security.

Every day it might be your last day.

I can't get unemployment as the company made sure to keep it right under the amount of time I needed in order to collect it.

I am so angry that the greedy corrupt fucks in Washington have brought the people of this country to this by letting these corporations run wild. Every bit of money goes to the top.

    The workers are nothing.

    •  Crazy, you have a perfect right to be upset (10+ / 0-)

or, more accurately, outraged.  This is what's wrong with this bloody country.

Until we get a more realistic government, though, we have to take matters into our own hands.

Perhaps after a week or so you can start thinking about doing a campaign along these lines.  I held this diary back for a long time because the economic numbers were so bleak.  Now things seem to be picking up again.

Blessings to you, and if I can help, let me know.

me it's an age thing. I've reached the age where they would rather have someone younger.

It's going to be 20some years of this I fear.

What do these corrupt government people expect us to do go into the streets and die in poverty?

I really think that's what they want.

I'm not going to do that quietly while they stuff their pockets.

        •  Yes, I think that IS what they want (6+ / 0-)

What their attitude makes me think of is feudalism.  They want the miserable peasants to starve and die in their hovels while they inhabit their luxurious castles in gated communities.

I'm glad you're not going to go quietly.
