    Do you happen to know when it was written, aside from 'no later than 1999'?  I couldn't find any dating on the article.

      I can only say 1999 but they probably range from 1996 to his death.

        Obviously, some of the stuff he talks about being a possibility -- in particular the failure of the theories to gain acceptance in mainstream academia despite the influx of cash from supporters in the business community -- is a bit outdated, as the desperation of schools starved of public financial support has forced them to go whoring to rich donors for funding.  The lure of a shiny new business school building is a powerful incentive to a struggling university.  They perhaps lean a little more to the Friedmanite radical Free Market theories than strict Austrian School economics, but its a fairly fuzzy line. between them
