    .... companies can incorporate in a state, be bound by the laws of that state, and contractually obligate their investors and clients to be subject to the laws of that state.

    For example "Delaware corporations."  For example all the credit card companies that flocked to the first state that repealed its usury laws.  What works for the bad can work for the good too.  

    IANAL but I'm sure I'm on solid ground here.
