but several cases he has heard and decided in favor of the side Michael Best & Friedrich were representing.  In fact, he's never voted against a single one of their clients.

Most importantly, the State Supreme Court RWrs (including Gabelman) voted to uphold Scott Walkers union stripping legislation by ruling that the GOP majority had not violated the Wisconsin Open Meeting Law.  And what law firm represented Scott Walker?  Michael Best & Friedrich. of course.

I'm hoping that any of these ethics cases might call into question all of the rulings he made as an obvious reward for their previous services to him.

There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.

    •  Still I think the overturning of Milwaukee's sick (0+ / 0-)

leave law was.... well sick.  Kinda like going Rick Synder on Wisconsin.  If the city chose this, they should have it.  Horrible that the woman lost her job to take her child to the hospital.  I hope when we get some ads up and running to promote whoever is running against Walker things like this are highlighted.
Its working!  He is making people suffer!
