    serving overseas (or any resident who has to work outside of the area). You can't vote if you don't have a few hours on that day to set aside. You can't vote if it matters what people in your community think of you (and if you have to do business with these people, believe me, it matters).

    For a primary, you just need to find time before work, during lunch, or after work to stand in a line for awhile and flip a switch or color in a circle. For the Iowa caucus, you need to spend hours arguing with people. It's absurd.
