    The 10th Circuit held that the trial judge didn't abuse its discretion in granting a preliminary injunction to block final enactment of the law until after a trial to be held by the trial judge.

    That trial will ultimately determine whether the anti-Sharia law is held to be unconstitutional, though after the trial court's injunction and today's 10th Circuit ruling, it seems extremely likely that the law will be found unconstitutional.
