    Why do think that BMW, Ikea and Mecedes Benz moved some of their production here??? Honda and Toyota also have plants in Right-to-Work states.

    Like it or not, the USA is rapidly becoming a third world country.

      But it could without more rational economic, social and industrial policy.

      One reason foreign companies manufacture in the US is lower labor costs but there are numerous other reasons including import duties, investment incentives, and competition from lower priced domestic competitors.

      All major auto companies are multinational. GM is the leading brand in China (and manufactures there).

      What about my Daughter's future?
