      similar costs and people who receive liver transplants have similar costs.  If you had $1 million, you'd not doubt your self worth for a moment.  It's just money.  That's all that separates people, our fellow citizens, from the health care they should have, which you should have.

      cannot be calculated in mere dollars and cents. Don't even try. That we must ask ourselves this question at all disrespects our common humanity. Societies with adequate resources care for their sick and venerate their elderly, they do not cast them out as a burden on the young and healthy.
