    My employer takes T-rights seriously, and has a special channel set up to manage employees who identify as T whether or not they are in a managed transition program.

    The "restroom question" is an important one, though not nearly as important as winger discourse would have you think. We handle it quietly, with the employee, his/her supervisor, and a designated HR manager who handles accomodation requests. It's normally a fairly smooth process.

    This law would actually prevent my company from using its own wealth of knowledge and experience when dealing with T-employees. Just another case of big business being bound at the wrist with the shackles of government regulation. (/snark)
