    transparent reason for wanting this bill.  MONEY.  If you have followed this debate for the last 10 years you would see that they make no bones about it. It's not an ulterior motive.  Kos doesn't have an ulterior motive he said his motive in the piece he wrote.  He thinks the laws and regulations would put Dailykos out of business or cost him money.  The only people in this debate that I think have ulterior motives is Google.

    Yes more discussion is needed but it doesn't help by framing the bill's supporters as pro China like internet censorship.  Neither does it help when many of the bill detractors keep repeating easily disproved falsehoods about what's in the bill.

    This bill has been around for over 2 years now.  It was first COICA back in the last congress in 2009-2010. Compared to the health care bill this is taking almost twice as long. So no it's not being rushed thru at all.  Another falsehood.
