and I didn't suggest a narrative- only pointed out holes in what was presented.

You two made a hole where none existed.

The student who she alleges harrassed her apparantly informed the FBI that she was a "terrorist". How is the University liable?

You didn't get that from the article.

One of the directors told her, "We have allegations that have been made against you and if you don't come with us, we will contact the FBI," according to the complaint.

but here is an article on HP: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/...

Bit off thread but regarding anti-Muslim prejudice, I see a certain pol across the pond, David Stone, is upset that the Royal British Legion is not selling poppies in some areas of the UK because of Muslim objections.  Muslim organizations deny the allegation and point out that many Muslims and Africans died in WWI fighting in Allied ranks.  Just cited as another example that the insanity continues apace this long after 9/11

      •  It's the underlying theme (0+ / 0-)

anti-muslim fear, hate, leading to stuff like this...is that David Stone or Stones? I found some results on a Stones, interesting but, well, yuck.

It's that post 9/11 effect that makes this discrimination story believable to me, though I may not wholeheartedly believe it all happened, yet.

He has also put his oar in the water on the Muslim center at Ground Zero, advocating opening a ribs joint and topless bar next door.  Really not the brightest of bulbs

They use Stone or Stones, yeah...when I searched I found some of that. It's the sort of mad militarism one normally associates with the U.S.!
