    It's merely resting up for the big continuation of the markup later this month.

    I suppose you may be referring to Lamar Smith's reported removal of the "Great Firewall" provision — which, even if it's out now, could be added right back in conference — but that's just 1 POS within a very foul sewer of a bill (the financial death penalties for blacklisted companies are still there, for example).

    Further, nothing in the diary — or any other source I've found — indicates that the bill has been withdrawn.

      as well as lead line.  Sounded to me from the links that the thing had been killed but I would rather err on the side of caution.  You are right, they are likely to try again, more evidence that this recall push is needed.  They just don't get it and never will until presented with their tickets home.
