    report (200K jobs added), and a perceptible decline in unemployment, to 8.5%, a level which is still much too high.  Still have, what is it, 13M unemployed.  Yes, things are improving, but very slowly.

    The economic news, unless it continues to improve more strongly than it has to-date is likely to keep this election close.

    Obama has work to do on jobs and the economy.

    You cannot evict an idea whose time has come.

      Student loan bill is taking effect.

      Strong Mercury law through EPA is going into effect creating jobs.

        The open question for November is whether these efforts will bear enough fruit that voters will notice and respond favorably to improved job/economic conditions.
