  •  Obama may not have fixed things (6+ / 0-)

as aggressively as I wanted, but Republicans will return us fully to the utter deregulation that destroyed our economy.  Americans get this.  I might not be fully happy with Obama at this time but I know who the people are who will nuke this place into a hunk of glass.  Romney certainly would do that, he loves the blood lust of Wall Street and chooses to not see what they did to the country, to our families, and to our futures.

Obama didn't fix things, he stabilized things.  Remedies can still be applied.

    •  "We are the 99%." (4+ / 0-)

Its so simple and effective even Newt Gingrich gets it.

No need to focus on anything else other than that. Mitt Romney = 1%. Barack Obama = 99%.

They need to hang that up next to the "Its the economy, stupid" sign.

      •  If that is so, why is support for OWS dropping? (0+ / 0-)

At least that is what I've read here.

Also, not everyone wants to be associated with certain people even though they agree on common interests and injustices. Let us not forget that part of the 99% includes almost all of the Republican base.

There will be nothing simple about the 2012 election. The only thing we know for sure is that we have to work hard and together. We can't invest time arguing useful news is really bad anymore than we can ignore bad news as not useful.
