    Considering that there are no disclosure laws, and in many cases there are disincentives to disclosure, it seems that the clause requiring discovery of the "advertisement buy's total cost, duration and source" is an escape hatch of epic proportions, especially since the requirement is for all three components.

    Also, too...

    Will Scott Brown really contribute to Planned Parenthood?  NOW?  The late ACORN's offspring?

    Will Warren give to the NRA?  The Jeffery Dahmer Culinary Institute?  NAMBLA?  Or one of Brown's other favored charities?  (I jest.)

    Finally, is this agreement a sound arrangement in terms of obligations to donors?  I'm too broke to do much anyway, but if you are a donor and you know some portion of your money may be used to further interests that you are diametrically opposed to, what happens to your enthusiasm when it's time to write the check?

    Was never very good at math. Oddly, though, I can count by twos if I start at the number 1.
