self-referential "poll."  Here's the choice I would have voted for:  "I don't trust NNadir."

poll as an executive summary. It saves me from having to read the incomprehensible post.

    •  first NNadir diary you've seen, eh? (3+ / 0-)

I just hate it when exasperating people make me think about things that wouldn't have occurred to me.

Sometimes I even agree with him, but he does have a certain take-no-prisoners style that can be off-putting to some.  Generally I find it worth while to fire up a few extra neurons and try to get what he is saying, despite his his curmudgeonly manner.

don't always believe what you think

...I have absolutely no problem with Mother Shipper's comments in my diaries, including this one.

He or she often recommends my diaries.

Frankly, some of my diaries are esoteric, and thus for some, incomprehensible.

My diaries are, as people often remind me, an acquired taste.    I am often asked to change my formulation, but insist that my diaries are what they are, successful or unsuccessful.

Irrespective of the good and bad of this particular diary, the question of synthetic pathogens, as well as their risks and benefits has been raised in a few minds.
