  •  Rebut? Thugs just lie. "Job growth? What growth. (0+ / 0-)

    W?  Who's that?  Everything's all BO's fault - even Cain and Abel."

Sadly, a lot of indies are buying it, thanks to the excretable job the media is doing.  (Or, rather great job for their real bosses.)

after Obama would have been laughing.  the contrast could not have been better.....

Obama made fun of dumb regulations....Daniels said Obama wanted to be a nanny.

Obama gave ways to pay down the debt.....Daniels said it's eating us.

Obama gave everyone some hope that there are ideas that CAN be implemented....Daniels said we're all fucked.

It was SUCH a much positive from Obama, then the utter dregs of negative from Daniels.  I can't believe the republicans stuck with that message.  It's awful.

: "We're doomed!  It sucks.  He didn't fix it."

That's what a lot of indies seem to be buying-the lack of improvement, despite the facts being otherwise.  And that's the only thing Thugs got.  Every speech by Mr. Wallstreet, Mr. K Street and Mr. Church Street repeats this meme: "the economy sucks and, if he hasn't made it worse (which, you know he has, wink, wink), BO hasn't fixed it (nevermind Thugs sabotagued his every effort to do so), which is what you elected him to do so he's a failure and must be replaced."  That's theircase for non-base.  they (rightly) assume they've got 40-ish% or more of voters who just hate BO and will no matter what.  So they only need to win 17ish% of the rest.

That's why we've got to play as if we're 2 touchdowns down, cause we might just be no matter what the head-to-heads say now.

This admission by the President will be the pivot point of the election: will independents be convinced Bush is to blame for these numbers?

Some...spoke with strong and powerful voices, which proclaimed in accents trumpet-tongued,"I am beautiful, and I rule". Others murmured in tones scarcely audible, but exquisetly soft and sweet, "I am little, and I am beloved"." Armandine A.L. Dupin
