Keep up with the message that Democrats are less evil than the Republicans.  That worked so well in the midterms.  I'm sure pointing out that Obama has deported more immigrants than Bush is totally lost on the voters, right?

Or maybe Democrats could fight for something for a change?

A new year, a time for many changes. Some we will like, some we won't.

I've have a gray cat that is meticulous and uses a litter box without fail. My bother has an overweight bulldog who loves to shit wherever he happens to be standing. He asked me to trade and I said no, we're fine. He's mad at me and my cat and I think he has lost his mind.

midterm elections are the same as general year elections. Turnout is always much lower in midterms. I didn't even in vote in midterms, granted I live in NY so it wouldn't matter, but I will definitely vote in the general. To answer your second question though, we do have something to fight for, especially with Latinos. Democrats are for the Dream Act, Romney would veto it. That's something to fight for.

I saw lot's of disappointed with Obama folks making that argument, but not any actual candidates running with that message.  And while it certainly would be a complete boondoggle to campaign on not being as worse as your opponent, it is common sense to let your opponent hang themselves.  I know more than a few republicans who voted for Obama because they were afraid that McCain would be a disaster and that didn't want Palin anywhere near the presidency.

Would we be so happy to have a military that dwarfs all others combined if it was a line item deduction on our paychecks next to FICA."
