    before I make my suggestion, just like to say that imo nobody knows what he/she would do if ...she/he would be ... in this or that situation. Just saying, I believe that is one of the things people usually don't believe... but I happen to think it's true. Therefore you just don't discriminate anyone, neither for being born rich nor poor.

    That being said, why would a person that rich not buy with all that money as much land as they can, land that has been bought by other "investors" and taken away from the  indigineous people (I could think of some real estate in hawaii for example, all taken away, built up with mansions, which are empty all the time, many in pre-foreclosure status), buy it all and then sell all the land for one dollars with free and simple title back to the people, who used to live on that land.

    Give back the land that was taken from the Native Americans and Hawaiians. Then let them do whatever they see fit doing.
