Not only will he not have a beer with anyone.  He won't even have a coffee.

The influence of the [executive] has increased, is increasing, and ought to be diminished.

    •  From what I have read, he isn't the strict Mormon (5+ / 0-)

type, more like a "Jack Mormon".  He probably has had a few drinks.  The whole anti-caffeine thing came about because the Mormons in the South West and Mexico discovered an herb that has huge amounts of Ephedrine in it.  It's one of the base chemicals used to make Meth-amphetamines.  It makes you wired.  They called it "Mormon Tea".  The "elders" decided it was bad, and then banned anything similar - which included caffeine.

I know all this because I 'was Mormon' - in my search for truth, until I was ex-communicated for "conduct unbecoming of a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints".  Essentially, when I was asked to "tithe", I pulled out my wallet, took all the cash out and said, "If God needs or wants any of my money, he can have it.  I'm going to throw all this cash into the air.  God will keep what he wants, and the rest will fall to the floor."
Then, I threw the cash in the air.  You might be surprised to learn that it all fell on the ground.  The Elders were not amused.

#OccupyOMC - "We have a permit, its called The Constitution".
