    from the drought area?  I have to imagine there are US and Mexican talks we haven't heard about regarding this.

    Where will our Southerners go when the drought makes their current homes untenable?

      with a drought so bad that they don't have enough water for basic activities. That's what the climate models tell us. Millions will be forced to move if we continue with business as usual.

      We'll see how bad this one gets.

        "Dust Bowl" style migrations out of the US SW?

        I expect  most of it to revert to rattlesnakes, except for the parts govered with windfarms and solar cells and solar therml exporting power to the rest of the US and MX.

          Agriculture will have to cut way back and people will move north.
