    would have consistently used the bit about "pass through" exams and what not.

    But no, they picked the wrong story to start with and it went downhill from there.

      make sure no one else they were funding did "pass-through" exams and also that there was another widely known and easily available source of prevention care and references for poor and underserved women that they did not need to spend endless hours researching and that would accept them without requiring reams of paperwork to prove they are needy. I didn't see them naming such an organization that could have quickly replaced what PP provides.

      Take the "Can't(or)" out of Congress. Support E. Wayne Powell in Va-07.

      was important to create the illusion that PP is a bad, bad organization, just like the RWers thought all along.

      I commented more about this upthread.

      The "reversal" is based on SGK's changing their criteria from organizations "under investigation" to agencies "under criminal investigation", so it is still their base line.  The pass-through nonsense came later and clearly didn't hold up.

      More so than PP.  I dont think they really want to make that the main issue.
