    They've done irreparable damage to their brand, and I'm not at all displeased about that to say the least.

    I've always felt that there was something very creepy about how they've "marketed" people that have had this disease. I think it's sick.

    And the way they literally turn everything pink for several weeks every year is incredibly intrusive and for me especially nauseating. I think it undercuts and diminishes their message and goals. More is not always better.

    I'm sure there are a lot of breast cancer survivors who don't want it shouted from the rooftops that they've had or have breast cancer. It's a very personal and private matter for most individuals, and to thrust these people and the disease into the spotlight like Komen does is a very mixed bag at best.
