  •  so here's a plot for a fictional story: (0+ / 0-)

One night a few thousand people across the US, who have organized and trained for the event, go out and cut the cable TV cables in enough places to make the whole country go "dark" TV-wise.  Then a few tens of thousands more, who have also organized and trained, go out walking or otherwise putting themselves in a position where their bewildered TV-less neighbors are likely to run into them "at random."

Then a loud noise begins to rise, first as an incoherent shouting, and in a short while, a definite and rhythmic roar....

(OK, fill in the rest of the plot, the characters, the "magic" stuff that would be fodder for special-effects when the novel gets turned into a screenplay, etc. etc.)

"Minus two votes for the Democrat" equals "plus one vote for the Republican." Arithmetic doesn't care about your feelings.

    •  And then, "the masses" (0+ / 0-)

Will proceed to stomp the asses of that elitist "revolutionary" .01% who have so contemptuously presumed to manipulate and dictate to the rest of society in such a manner,  as being "no different" from the monopoly corporate fascist pigs in that regard.

This is not the Matrix, and you are not some magic fucking Neo.

Next time you wonder why there aren't more people joining in protests and demonstrations, remember that power-tripping weasels are Not true revolutionaries, but mere opportunist adventurist counter-revolutionary jerk-offs, without a clue.

Clue:  Google up "Commander Zero", from the Nicaraguan revolution, and the results of his traitorous defiance of revolutionary consensus, in precipitating a premature concentration of forces, plunging the nation into a prolonged civil war, rather than a peaceful popular democratic transition.

Clue:  He wound up on the side of the Contras

      Photobucket

Democracy is the most fundamental revolutionary principle.
