    is that it presents a very strong argument for anti-gays to argue that states should not grant marriage rights because once they do they can't take them away. I can see that prevailing in a few states, while a few others just refuse to do it. Ultimately states will have to recognize gay marriages from other states because family and inheritance laws will otherwise be a mess. That requires repealing DOMA, another reason to elect Obama and more Dems.

    The scientific uncertainty doesn't mean that climate change isn't actually happening.

      Cali is the 800 pound gorilla in the anti-gay's living room. The cumulative effect will be huge. There is hardly a local probate judge who wants to raise constitutional issues and have to do all kinds of analysis of descent, marriage, etc..
