Anybody who thinks tax cuts for the rich lead to job creation either has an ulterior motive or has no idea how businesses work.

As long as a business can meet demand for its product or service with its existing workforce, the business will not expand its workforce. It is only when demand reaches the point that the current workforce can no longer meet the demand that it will expand.

How much the business pays in taxes does not come into play.

Also, a business doesn't particularly care if the money being paid for its product or service came from a private-sector job, a government job, or a government "handout."
