    Obviously, that sucks. But also obviously, this is also a step in the right direction, yes?

    I mean, 28 states already follow this policy, if I read correctly. So in the other 22 states, where women weren't covered last week, they're going to ask about coverage and be told that because of grandfathering, in many cases they still don't have equal access to health care until their employer finds a new insurer (or until ... when? I read that there's a sell-by date with grandfathering, right?). I hope in those cases, there's pressure on the employer. In other cases, they'll discover that they are covered.

    So this isn't 100% perfect, but it's 100% better.
