      and that his list of panders to the right wing would be short.  Instead, he's doubling down on the social issues to stave off Santorum, and Gingrich has dealt him a body blow on the equity/tax/rich out of touch guy area.

      if he was any god at it, he'd have wrapped up this nomination in 2008 January.
