The proposal that insurance companies should be required to provide birth control funding, for free, may run into issues from another group of conservatives, for the entirely unrelated reason that it collides potentially with the takings clause.

We can have change for the better.

    •  What is the takings clause? (0+ / 0-)
    •  Except not really (0+ / 0-)

The upshot is that all ACA compliant insurance policies will cover birth control at no copay. So every available policy will be priced accordingly, from the outset.

The RCC will have to pick one of those policies, and possibly pay a bit extra so the insurer will handle communications required under ACA (unless the insurers are benevolent enough to perform that service for free).

This is my life. All the pain, all the joy it brings. All through the years, the blood, sweat, and tears, my hopes and my fears -- all that has led me to now. This is my life, and I wouldn't change a thing.
