firearms manufacturers and other allied industries.  La Pierre, and the N.R.A. always will keep their dues paying members along with others afraid that this President has, and always will attempt to take their 2nd Amendment rights away, and confiscate their guns.

This in turn, pumps up the sale of firearms, and consumables as witnessed since President Obama was sworn into office, and the retail market and consumables back then were difficult and expensive as many were buying up everything and prices went through the roof along with long waiting lists for some models of firearms.  The two conflicts that we were involved in also played a minor part in the shortage of certain consumables, but it was paranoia that fueled it as one could hear the comments from the resellers at gun shows that I attended that it was all President Obama's fault because of his upcoming polices.

    Really now?

Bull:  He has never even spoken a word about ownership issues much less done anything to demonstrate that this was to be.

La Pierre is just another slick salesman for the gun industry, and really couldn't care about the membership as much as they claim.  Ever seen the N.R.A. corporate offices off I-66 in Fairfax, VA on the way to DC?  Nice digs if you can afford it:  And they can, along with serious executive paychecks to match, and an army of lobbyists to work over the DC folks.  I will give them credit for their gun safety classes and clinics, but that is in their best interest as those who lean to handle a firearm properly when young, will eventually be a member of the N.R.A for life as well:  It’s just business, and that’s all, and the CPAC freaks love to hear this “shtick” from the horses mouth as it reinforces their pinhead paranoia.

I am a longtime firearms owner, and I personally do not support the N.R.A., but my firearm owner friends and their families do.  That’s their prerogative to do so, and I say nothing, as I don’t care to upset them because of their association membership.
