    than it's akin to free smoking cessation or subsidized health club membership, on the belief that providing it saves money down the line?

    Does an organization have the right to ask its insurer(s) to not provide birth control, or is this unlawful, per the ACA, which mandates free brith control?

    And if it's the latter, I'm not sure why Obama & Co. don't argue this, from a purely legal (but also moral) pov. Seems like a slam dunk no matter what the Society of Older White Male Hosebags shrieks about.
