  •  Reminds me of Herman Cain. (6+ / 0-)

I'd never heard of the guy,so I have no preconcieved notions.  But within a few days of listening to him, I had a feeling that the GOP puppetmasters had "supported" him solely so they could win the black vote.

Because they knew he was an ignorant, egotistical fool. Get him on the dais, pump him up a bit so he comes front and center, and let him hang himsef.

So that later, they could say to the press, "How can anyone say we're racist?  We had a black man leading the polls. It's not our fault that he had a nasty secret in his background."

And to each other: "Perfect. The man was an idiot, we knew he's self-destruct, the plan worked like a charm."

And Cain still doesn't realize he was just a token. He actually thinks he got his brief moment in the spotlight all on his own.

Barbara? Thinks she did it all on her own. Uh-huh.

Freedom has two enemies: Those who want to control everyone around them...and those who feel no need to control themselves.
