Between this crowd and the people who said Obama was a traitor and a tool of the 1% for suddenly supporting Democratic SuperPACs.

They threw the word immoral around a lot too.

Once the rules of the game are set, you play them to win.

and i don't think anyone else.

if you carefully exmine the differences between the two situations, you'll see why.

WHY IS EASIER TO BELIEVE THAT 150,000,000 AMERICANS ARE BEING LAZY, RATHER THAN THAT 400 ARE BEING GREEDY?

That's enough common ground for me.

they cannot clearly point out what kos is doing wrong without all sorts of false analogies speaks volumes

You take from your backpack the glass phial containing the sparkling dust and sprinkle it on the stone slab. Slowly the stone slab starts to rise into the air

Which implies Kos' plan could result in hate crimes against homosexuals.

            Seriously.

And mass attacks by manic squirrels!

Always beware of the squirrels, if they think you're a tree you won't soon forget it!

"Minus two votes for the Democrat" equals "plus one vote for the Republican." Arithmetic doesn't care about your feelings.

            your case, you know.

i think, the arguments against have been made quite satisfactorily to a number of people, just not you.

The waste of money argument (funds should go to stuff I think will work better):  Don't give.

The waste of time argument (paying for ads won't drive liberals to the polls to vote the way we want):  Don't give

The unintended consequences argument (but what if Santorum WINS!!!!, then what will we do?): Okay, don't give.  But really, you think this will move the needle that much?

The purity argument (serious people don't vote strategically when given the opportunity to do so):  So, next time we play prisoner's dilemna I now know you will cooperate.  Good information to have.

The Rush Makes it icky argument (But he's a baaaaaad man!)  Knock yourself out.  It was a legitimate strategy back then, too.  He may be a baaaaaaad man, but he's not always wrong.

But the answer is... you give or you don't and you attempt to pursuade others to your way of thinking.  However, the campaign is going on regardless.

It's about giving money, not moral or intellectual superiourity.
