    ...and a slew of other folks, too.

    It's one thing to talk about the settlement. And, liking it versus not liking it. It's another thing, altogether, to condone the concept that it's okay for taxpayers to be the ones actually PAYING for it...and, then sitting around acting like this is immaterial to the discussion, as we slowly learn the truth about a story that's still unravelling before terms of finding out what other travesties are contained in it.

    This is about bold-faced propaganda, wherein we're slowly finding out that the only thing being "settled" here is the reality that the taxpayers are footing the vast majority of this bill, not the banks...and then dealing with people, even within this community, attempt to shamelessly rationalize/justify that.

        That the taxpayers are effectively paying the costs of the Settlement?  

        Enough with the rhetoical nya-nay-nya.  Looking past your feud with the bobswern, is this settlement for real or not?
