    has allowed all this to happen.  Corruption allowed large segments of the Greek population and corporations to escape paying taxes.  Like a shark in the waters, Goldman moved in (in friendly godfather style) to rescue the Greek government.  But with that "friendly" under the table rescue came a very high price that the Greek people are now paying.
