I've looked into it, as I've always wanted to cross in a Cunard ship, just because it's there. It's a bit more expensive, but if you consider the time aboard as vacation, it's no more than if you were paying for a hotel room and restaurants.

And, as Susan, said, you don't have to keep packing and unpacking.

Florence, Toulon, Barcelona, Cartagena and Funchal before traveling to Ft Lauderdale.  I do love a westbound TA where we get to add an hour of sleep every day.

a terrific itinerary. Although not sure how a ship can call in Florence?? Still, American ingenuity knows no bounds.

stop in Florence.  The one for Rome is Civitavecchia, about an hour from the city, and the one for Paris is LeHarve.  I guess calling them Rome, Paris and Florence sells more tickets.

west of Paris, so maybe you'll get to travel there by train.

private tour of Normandy the second time.  Loved Normandy.  The advantage of taking the ship's bus ride was that they held the ship for us as we were late returning due to a traffic accident on the main Paris to port road.
