    not a U.S.-driven one, so we pay what the world pays (and is willing to buy from us, for a higher price, obviously).  We're competing for the "best" price that everyone else is willing to pay.  And as Chico Marx once said, "We pay plenty" (or maybe that was the gangster who was trying to hire him).  Yeah, so the price is up, and we don't control it, basically.
