    So O'Connor takes credit for living right, but her legacy is installing the Bush/Cheney government that sent us as far from it as possible. Except maybe for the "growing up poor" part, which she certainly helped promote.

      about it being renewable. It's just the only way you could live in that corner of Arizona along the Mexican and New Mexican border. There was no electricity there yet, and of course summer temps could hit 120F. Her family owned a large tract of land and ran cattle there.
