    is that anyone is bothering to test anyone for marijuana use.

    It's a waste of everyone's time at best, and it destroys lives and tears apart families at worst.

    They might as well test for coffee. It's about as dangerous as marijuana.

    In 2012 (or any year), who in the hell really believes that people should be put into cages for smoking weed? And who puts these people into power?

    It is fucking disgusting, revolting, stomach-churning.

      provide.  Until the "tough on crime" and "Marijuana is a gateway drug" crowd are booted from office there will be no relaxation of these policies and repeal of the harmful drug laws - that are more harmful than the drugs themselves.

      Sadly unless legalization is on the ballots many will not turn out to vote.  This allows politicians to slide by for another term and continue to oppose legalization.  Voters should treat each local, state and national election as if their very lives depended upon the outcome - because in fact it does.
