    in costs of court, investigation and incarcerating an offender and for subsequent appeals.  In the instant case they'll also be paying for any civil actions and damage awards that arise because of these manipulations.

    I probably should have asked who profited from such a travesty - but then again, it would be the same set of characters, investors and companies...
