  •  Good thinking (none)
A clue to the veracity of this story will be the Republican reaction to it.

The combination of your research and her story makes it look to me that she worked in a snake pit and she is outraged that one of the snakes bit her.

The question is, did she know she was in a snake pit?

"lived and worked as a communications professional in more than 20 countries"

"Senior Vice President, International Corporate and Investor Relations at..."

      "Second largest PR firm"

Whatever she knew or didn't know - she's not a naive babe in the woods.

      It's not hypocrisy - it's unadulterated evil.

      •  That's even better (none)
It shows that Bolton's a snake, even by the standards of other snakes.

We in the reality-based community might be more inclined to believe someone who doesn't work as  a PR shill for the Republicans, but the monopoly media and the "moderate" congresspeople (the swing voters who actually decide whether to confirm Bolton) don't think like us. An accusation from another Republican can't easily be dismissed as partisan politics.

    •  Or, is she a snakess herself? (none)
