    ...that it will ever dawn on them.  The Fox Heads I know personally are so tightly wrapped in their cocoon of stupidity, so utterly detached from reality, that nothing will get through to them for the rest of their lives.  Everything in the world is proof their side is right and/or proof that our side (meaning the non-Fox Heads, not just Progressives) are wrong and evil.

    I've had conversation where they tell me in these knowing tones about how wrong it is for the details of where the president was "really" born to remain "hidden", plus how he caused the recession and then single-handedly bankrupted the country trying to fix it.  They don't even possess the skills needed to create an internally consistent fable; they would flunk a science fiction writing 101 course.  All they care about is surrounding themselves with what they want to see and hear, and elevating themselves by suppressing everyone around them.

    It's sad and very damaging to the country to have a sizable block of people actively fighting and voting against our shared interests, but that's what we've got.  I'm convinced there is no quick or easy fix for that mess, just a decades-long political trench war.
