  •  Do you know where they are going to (none)
    build this new warhead production facility if they were to obtain the funding?  The reason I ask is because I was researching a certain person and found that he had joined the OCEDC (The Otero County Economic Development Council) and I am wondering if this has something to do with this new nuclear program.

    This meeting was in 2002 but I wouldn't be surprised if they went ahead with the program anyway by diverting money from other programs (sort of like the Iran-Contra Affair). I just keep on thinking of that 9 billion dollars that is unaccounted for.

      ...all current nukes were built and are maintained at the Pantex facility in Amarillo Texas. They also do the "decomissioning" of scrapped nukes under the SALT agreements.

      Hard to believe that it would go outside Texas under this administration.
