When I read "banning or allowing employers to ban providing female contraception", it sounds to me like the bill they're talking about wants to make contraception illegal.  I thought the Blunt-Rubio bill was about whether employee health insurance had to cover contraception; it's not a contradiction for Romney to say he's opposed to a ban on contraception but also opposed to requiring employers to pay for it.  Granted, it's an odious position, which in practice would prevent many people from being able to afford birth control.  But it needn't be a flip-flop per se.

    What am I missing?
