  •  That canard is overused and another (5+ / 0-)

Case of fear mongering and blaming someone for something they were not responsible for. It's the default fall back position of the party. Its the same schtick republicon poiticians use too. The other guy sucks worse is not a compelling argument anymore when the one in charge now sucks on the education front as this poster has noted.

Anyway, Tell me what He will do to improve education that he isn't doing now. How will he improve it. Don't tell me what the other guy will do, what will he do to make it better than he has done so far.

I promise I wont vote for the republicon candidate and I never ever will....and I will vote.....republicons are batshit insane and awful....Tell me something I don't know and haven't known for decades.

But dont you dare blame others if Obama loses...I am sick of this lesser of two evils bullshit still are left with evil...And just look at what that has done to education and the bogus RttT...ugh. Just stop.

Stop prematurely blaming and demonizing others for President Obama's shortcomings and failures based upon his own track record's unbecoming, a total turnoff and a huge copout. won't win many converts by fearmongering and instilling guilt and attributing blame like this. But hey...if that's all you have, tells me the poster struck a nerve and is right.

The Plutocratic States of America, the best government the top 1% and corporations can buy. We are the 99%-OWS.

    •  In a nutshell... (7+ / 0-)

      Abolish High stakes testing
      Lower student-teacher ratios
      Customize student learning opportunities
      Improve teacher working conditions

Every child should have the same learning opportunities Sasha and Malia have...

Educational experience based on behaviorism is mind control.

      •  I'm sure you're aware (0+ / 0-)

of the NCLB waivers the Obama administration has granted, right?

And I don't think it's fair to lay on this President's doorstep responsibility for the disparity in education that exists between public schools with limited funding and a mission to educate everyone, with private schools whose funding is limited only by what wealthy people are willing to pay.

The president is not actually a socialist, you know.
